The property is nice with decent sized bedrooms, multiple toilets and a spacious living room. The garden area is very big and ideal for barbecues. The downstairs areas however get quite cold as the insulation isn’t great, resulting in the need for heating quite regularly.
Also, one bedroom is significantly smaller than the others which could cause problems when allocating bedrooms. The Oven in the kitchen is very old and operates with gas which could be seen as a bit of a hazard, also the back left hob does not light. The chairs in general are uncomfortable and are falling apart. Also the ceiling in the downstairs toilet is very low, meaning you cannot stand up. The upstairs toilet has a strange folding door which does not operate properly and leaves you with very little privacy when conducting business.
There is a small shed in the garden where you can store bikes etc. and there is a garage which is not accessible as the landlord uses it for their own storage purposes. Otherwise the house is good value for money and a nice place to live and I would recommend renting this property.
