The landlord is very nice and helpful, responded to all issues we had and either fixed them himself or called someone to fix it (we had issues with the door or mould in rooms, which they cleaned). The garden is very nice and the landlord takes care of it regularly in warm months. Everything works well and the house is very good for the money, the only issue we had regularly was mould in some of our rooms with it getting too damp. As I’ve said the landlord was very nice and cleaned the mould but overall that did not solve the issue.
